Free Customer Service Training Offered for Members

Here’s a chance to send your front-line employees to some specialized training that also focuses on our attractions and expectations from our tourists (especially when they have traveled through road construction).  The sessions, organized by the Attractions Council, will be held at the DECC on May 27th and June 3rd from 5-8 pm.  Please RSVP to kstokes@downtownduluth.com

Sixteen restaurants in our Downtown Waterfront are teaming up to provide fixed price, multi-course menus all next week (May 10-16).  Get out and enjoy lunch and dinner…plus check out the great menus from participating restaurants at www.downtownduluth.com.  Make your plans now!

Dig in for the Downtown Waterfront

Calling all green thumbs (or those who just want to lend a helping hand).  The 8th Annual Dig in for the Downtown Waterfront will take place on Wednesday, May 26 at 10am in the Bayfront Park parking lot.  Bring your gardening gloves and help us plant flowers that will adorn our sidewalks all summer long.  Lunch is provided to all volunteers courtesy of the Inn on Lake Superior
