Staff lay-offs, program cuts and increased fees are all part of a budget balancing plan. What should the business community expect under this restructuring? The Downtown Waterfront kicks off the holiday season with the Northland’s NewsCenter Christmas City of the North Parade and the unveiling of the Holiday Windows throughout the Greater Downtown.
Half Way to the Holidays: Join us Thursday, December 4th for day long merriment all through the Greater Downtown capped off with special evening events all designed to make your Downtown experience enjoyable and memorable.
