Brian Forcier, CEO of Titanium Partners
As an experienced commercial real estate financial executive, Brian Forcier has worked in the commercial real estate investment industry since 1997. He has managed large portfolios of owned and managed office, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality properties, and held senior leadership positions within the industry.
Prior to forming Titanium Partners in 2014, he obtained a degree in Finance and Management from the College of St. Scholastica, and a Masters in Real Estate Investment Asset Management from Cornell University.
Previous and current downtown Duluth projects include the Alakef Building, The Njord at 722 East Superior Street, Intrepid Building, Temple Opera Building, the former Last Place on Earth redevelopment, Ordean Building, Voyageur Lakewalk Hotel, Oriental Grocery Building, Hacienda Building, and maurices HQ redevelopment. Titanium’s projects outside of downtown include Arrowpointe Medical Center and multiple land accumulations for future housing and retail development.
Community service is important to Brian; he has served as a volunteer board member and officer for Downtown Duluth, the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce, Lake Superior College, Udac, and Damiano Center.
